A team that truly cares

Donna Farminer

Donna first began working within the care sector at the age of 21, supporting adults with learning difficulties. Donna continued to work within care, and this included working in residential settings as well as supporting the elderly within their own homes. Donna has worked as a support worker for several years throughout her career and this is what has given Donna the personable and empathetic skills that she has today, which staff have always shown an appreciation for. Donna went on to work as a care coordinator and rapidly progressed to Care Manager, overseeing staff, specialising in Complex Home Care and Brain Injuries. Donna has a reputation in the care sector for being personable and approachable for staff and clients alike.

Kelly Payne

Kelly has over 27 years of experience working within the care sector, starting her career as a care assistant. Kelly moved into healthcare recruitment specialising in Complex Care and Brain Injury. After working her way up to a senior management position and acquiring her Level 5 Diploma in health and social care in Leadership and Management, Kelly worked her way to Operations Manager before deciding to set up DMK Care & Support Ltd. Kelly is passionate in wanting to provide a service that makes a positive difference to people's lives and ensure staff feel valued within their roles as support workers. All this experience and drive makes Kelly the ideal person to ensure the company achieves its goals and objectives in the years to come.
