A team that truly cares

Donna

Donna first began working within the care sector at the age of 21, supporting adults with learning difficulties. Donna continued to work within care, and this included working in residential settings as well as supporting the elderly within their own homes. Donna has worked as a support worker for several years throughout her career and this is what has given Donna the personable and empathetic skills that she has today, which staff have always shown an appreciation for. Donna went on to work as a care coordinator and rapidly progressed to Care Manager, overseeing staff, specialising in Complex Home Care and Brain Injuries. Donna has a reputation in the care sector for being personable and approachable for staff and clients alike.

Kelly

Kelly has over 27 years of experience working within the care sector, starting her career as a care assistant. Kelly moved into healthcare recruitment specialising in Complex Care and Brain Injury. After working her way up to a senior management position and acquiring her Level 5 Diploma in health and social care in Leadership and Management, Kelly worked her way to Operations Manager before deciding to set up DMK Care & Support Ltd. Kelly is passionate in wanting to provide a service that makes a positive difference to people's lives and ensure staff feel valued within their roles as support workers. All this experience and drive makes Kelly the ideal person to ensure the company achieves its goals and objectives in the years to come.

Chrissie

With over three years of experience in cardiac nursing, I have developed a strong foundation in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in high-pressure clinical environments. My time in acute cardiac care has strengthened my skills in clinical assessment, emergency response, and multidisciplinary teamwork. Now transitioning into community nursing, I am excited to bring my hospital-based expertise into the heart of the community, supporting patients in their own homes and helping to promote independence, dignity, and continuity of care. I am particularly passionate about preventative health, chronic disease management, and building trusting relationships with patients and their families. Outside of work, I am a proud mum of three, which has given me a deep appreciation for resilience, time management, and compassionate communication skills that continue to shape the way I approach both nursing and life.

Bethany

I joined DMK Care and Support in 2024 as a Care Support Worker and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the role. Wanting to build a long-term career in care, I applied to work in the office and now support the team as an Administration Assistant. I work closely with all our care staff and place great importance on clear and effective communication. I particularly enjoy helping to plan staff rotas in advance, ensuring our clients receive consistent and reliable care. Before joining DMK, I studied hairdressing, but I quickly discovered that I much prefer a role where I can make a real difference by helping others.

Oreoluwa
Care Support Worker

“I've worked with DMK for just over a year now. I was unsure about coming back into the work force because of family commitments but was reassured by both Kelly and Donna that I would be supported in any way that was needed. My experience has been that I did indeed feel supported when I needed it. I feel the ladies see me as a valuable member of the company, that I am appreciated and listened to. Their holistic approach is refreshing.”

Our head office in Romsey

In April 2025, our Head Office moved to the beautiful market town of Romsey in Hampshire, and we couldn’t be happier with our new location. Romsey is a historic town full of charm, best known for its stunning 12th-century Abbey, welcoming community, and vibrant mix of independent shops, cafés, and local businesses. Surrounded by the Hampshire countryside and just a short distance from the River Test, Romsey offers a lovely balance of heritage and nature. It’s a place with a strong sense of community—something that reflects our own values at DMK Care and Support.
